Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed via our web shop. Car Fantasy considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Use of personal data

When using our webshop, we obtain certain data from you. This may be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you requested, or of which it is clear when provided that it is provided to us for processing.

With our portal you can access a management environment where you can set, specify and change matters yourself.

We offer the possibility to ask questions via our webshop using a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your question. You choose which details you provide. The details you send us are stored for as long as is necessary for the complete answering and processing thereof, based on the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

We do not publish your customer details.

Our webshop displays advertisements.

Provision to third parties

Your details are explicitly not provided to third parties.

These partners are (also) established outside the EU.

Our webshop contains social media buttons. The administrators of these services use these to collect your personal details.

The personal data and/or company data that you provide to Car Fantasy in the context of an order where deferred payment is used, are provided to the payment provider of your choice to whom the claims are transferred. Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods

The personal data described above are stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

Third-party websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our webshop by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.
