A fast gel adhesive with gap filling capacity (until 5mm). It can be used on metals, rubber, paper, wood, leather, and the majority of plastics. Is not appropriate for the PE, PP and PTFE.
5in1 PU Glue 50ml
5in1 PU adhesive is a universal black 2-component adhesive that cures at ambient temperature for structural and superfast bonding of many materials, such as thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, steel, aluminium, cement, wood and glass. Durable bonding of metal, wood and plastic. 5in1 PU adhesive is used for the effective repair of broken plastic parts (thermoplastics and duro plastics), shock absorbers, bucket seats, spoilers, headlamp holders, roof uprights. 5in1 PU adhesive does not drip, is weather and ageing resistant. After approx. 10 - 30 minutes, post-processing such as grinding, drilling and wire cutting is possible. The 5in1 PU adhesive is used in combination with a 5in1 glue gun (art.no. 687078) and a 5in1 mixer tip to get the perfect mixing and mixing ratio. Features - Mixing ratio is regulated automatically - Repair to plastic parts possible - Possible after approx. 10-30 minutes after machining - Can be handled after approx. 60 seconds - Fully cured after approx. 24 hours - Bonds many materials in the shortest possible time - Extremely high strengths - Solvent-free - Can be painted over after 60 minutes - Resistant to many agents - Weather and ageing resistant - Temperature resistance: -36 ° c to 100 ° c Instructions for use The parts to be bonded must be clean, oil- and grease-free. Sanding increases the strength. Apply mixing nozzle and push out 5in1 PU adhesive; the mixing ratio is regulated automatically. Additional mixing is not necessary. You can process the adhesive just like a single-component material. The material can be handled after approx. 60 seconds. After 24 hours the material is fully cured. After use, close tubes with the cap.
