The performance high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (730mm x 300mm x 70mm = 15.3 liters) and thus offers a 100% larger inflow area, as well as 125% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The performance intercooler offers very good cooling characteristics. The weight of the intercooler is 10.7kg. CAD designed cast aluminum freeform end boxes for best possible internal airflow. Overall, these intercoolers have less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. Extended connection diameter to 66mm and including reinforced silicone hoses. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready to install kit,easily replace with stock intercooler. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
