The Competition high performance intercoolers for the Nissan GT-R 35 have the following net dimensions 2x (360mm x 294mm x 110mm) = 23,3L and thus offer a 76% larger flow area, as well as 94% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers.
The Competition high performance mesh provides very good cooling characteristics. The total weight of the two intercoolers is 2x 9.1kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analysis in the CFD system. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet were extended to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties at lowest backpressure. Furthermore, the intercooler kit includes a matching carbon air guides to ensure an optimal inflow of the intercoolers. The high performance intercoolers have a tested pressure resistance of up to 6bar. Therefore this kit is suitable for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.

WAGNER Intercoolers zijn leverbaar als Performance en Competition. Het verschil zit in het type gebruikte gaas. Bij de Performance is dat "Bar & Plate" en bij de Competition "Tube Fin".
Daarnaast zijn er nog 3 verschillende volumes: EVO1, EVO2 en EVO3.
EVO1 is ontwikkeld om gebruikt te worden in combinatie met de originele turbolader met als resultaat een zeer efficiënte koeling van de inlaatlucht. EVO2 en EVO3 hebben een grotere volume en gaan prima samen met de toename van inlaatlucht na een turbolader upgrade. Afhankelijk van het systeem worden ook de in- en uitlaat diameters vergroot.
Deze intercoolers worden met de benodigde siliconen slangen geleverd.
