Dit is een origineel Rieger product welke zich kenmerkt door de perfecte pasvorm. Rieger gebruikt voornamelijk een hoogwaardig ABS kunstof welke zeer duurzaam is. Tevens is het grote voordeel dat de bewerking in het spuitproces korter is (minder man-uren) dan een Polyester bumper/spoiler Bij bumpers/spoilers worden montage materiaal en eventueel gaas geleverd. Alle delen zijn TUV gecertificeerd.

In 1987, Rieger started making plastic tuning parts in Hebertsfelden (Bayern) for Volkwagen Golf 1 and Scirrocco. Worldwide interest for the Rieger Tuningsdelen up to now has mainly come from the exclusivity and the quality of the products that Rieger Tuning produces.
The design of new products, the model building, the product molds and finally the production of ABS parts all take place in the Rieger house itself. In addition, all molds for the production of spoiler parts are also made.
Since 2001 De rieger products have been made using fully automatic vacuum "Tiefziehanlagen". The production of the ABS parts produced is done at Rieger Tuning using millimeter-precise CNC milling machines, which guarantees an identical exact fit of the ABS parts.
About 90% of these Rieger products are made from recyclable ABS plastic. ABS plastic parts have a very laquered surface that does not need to be treated beforehand.
